Refund policy

Refunds within 14 days

If you're not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the charge. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.

After 14 days

We don't give refunds after 14 days from the charge. That includes partial or prorated refunds for time you didn't use, and for downgrading or cancelling partway through a billing period.

How to ask for a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To ask for a refund, find your order at paddle.net, or email support@the-invoice-generator.com from the email address on your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then doesn't renew. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period unless you ask within the 14 days above.

The free trial

The trial is free and doesn't need a payment method. If you don't choose a paid plan by the end of it, your account moves to the Free plan and nothing is charged.

When we may refuse a refund

We may refuse a refund where we see fraud or abuse of this policy, such as repeatedly buying and refunding a plan.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live, including the right of consumers in the UK and EU to cancel within 14 days.
